Payment and Cancellation Policy:
ProWIN accepts advance payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Online registration may be made up to 12:00 PM, three days prior to the event. In order to guarantee your seat at a ProWIN event, you must register by the pre-registration deadline, online at www.prowin.com.
*Late and walk-up registration is on a space available basis only.
Event cancellations are accepted through 12:00 PM, five business days prior to the event. No refunds for cancellations will be made after this date. There will be no refunds for no-shows or last minute cancellations. If you have paid for an event in advance and are unable to attend:
- You may receive a full refund if you cancel by 12:00 PM five business days prior to the event.
- After the cancellation deadline, you may designate a substitute attendee. On the day of the event, the substitute must present a copy of your receipt or e-mail registration verification to be registered and admitted to the event.
