Payment and Cancellation Policy:
ProWIN accepts advance payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Online
registration may be made up to 12:00 PM, three days prior to the event. In order
to guarantee your seat at a ProWIN event, you must register by the pre-registration
deadline, online at www.prowin.com.

and walk-up registration is based on seating availability only. Late charge
will be $40.00 for members and $60.00 for non-members.
All payments are refundable less a $10 service charge upon cancellation of registration
up to 5 business days prior to the event. Within 5 business days of the scheduled
event, no refunds will be available. Payments will be refunded using the same
method of payment as received. If you have paid for an event in advance and
are unable to attend:
- You may receive a refund less a $10 service charge upon cancellation
of registration if you cancel by 12:00 PM five business days prior to the event.
- After the cancellation deadline, you may designate a substitute attendee. On the day of the event, the substitute must present a copy of your receipt or e-mail registration verification to be registered and admitted to the event.
