Hello ProWIN members and supporters,
This is a very exciting time and evolution in ProWIN's history, and I am so proud of this organization's legacy and its future direction. I distinctly remember why creating an organization like ProWIN was so important to women leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs.
My days as a corporate professional were to say the least, very challenging and often daunting, as I navigated my way through the maze of accessing resources and information. In my search for support, guidance, camaraderie, and empowerment, I found there wasn't a committed entity in our community that could leverage me and other women on the fast track in our respective professions.
I didn't want another woman to have the unpleasant experiences I encountered during the onset of my career track. So, one day I decided it was time to step out on faith and create an infrastructure that would uplift women, acknowledge our enormous passion, celebrate our incredible sense of leadership and professional acumen; and, become a venue that provide credible sources of information and knowledge.
That dream has now become our reality. We have a tremendous board of directors who volunteer enormous hours and resources that support our mission. We have a new image, a new brand, a new attitude of expression as we continue the growth of our membership, networking functions, web based learning tools, and business seminars.
I am full of pride and renewed commitment for this phenomenal organization, and I ask that you please join me in supporting the continued growth, leadership, and strategic direction of ProWIN.
